  • To know the names of the people looking after them

  • Expressing concerns or complaints

Our patients and their families have a responsibility to:



  • Be thoughtful of other patients and visitors

  • Be respectful of those who are caring for them

  • Provide complete information about illness and medical history

  • Listen to explanation, ask questions when they do not understand, and participate in decisions about treatment

  • Attend appointment at the right time

  • Tell us when they are pleased with their care, so that we can improve the quality of our services
